Common questions
How do I join a friend’s crew?
Tap your friend’s invite link on your phone and choose Open in Catch Master. You join their crew the next time the game signs in. You can also type their captain code on the Friends screen, under Add a friend’s code.
Where is my captain code?
Open the Friends screen: it sits under "Your captain code", with buttons to copy it or send an invite.
How do I keep my harbor on a new phone?
Connect Facebook, Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Sign in with Google (Android) in the game before you switch. On the new phone, sign in with the same account and your harbor, coins and crew come with you.
I bought something and it did not arrive.
Email support@appmachina.com with your captain code and the order number from your Google Play or App Store receipt, and we will look into it.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought. On Google Play, request one from your order history; on the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I win real money?
Catch Master is intended for an adult audience (18+) and for amusement purposes only. It does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes of real-world value. Practice or success at social gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling. Catch Master is free to download and play and offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items with real money.
How do I report or block another captain?
Tap the dots button next to the captain in the game and choose Report captain or Block captain. Blocked captains are kept apart from you, and you can unblock them in Settings. Captain and team names pass an automatic filter before other players see them.
How do I turn off notifications?
Turn them off in the game’s Settings, or in your phone’s settings for Catch Master.
How do I change my privacy choices?
Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland can open Settings, Privacy choices in the game at any time. On iPhone, tracking is controlled in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking; on Android, in your device’s ads settings. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the account deletion page. We delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Is Catch Master on iPhone?
Catch Master is on Google Play for Android now, and the iPhone and iPad version is coming soon to the App Store.
